Earn College Credit or Get Ahead in School this Summer at the North Lake College South Campus

IRVING – This summer, get ahead in school or gain new skills for your career by signing up for a course the economical and convenient way at North Lake College’s new South Campus.

Summer courses at the South Campus include developmental math, reading and writing, economics, English, English for speakers of other languages, government, human development, history, speech and music. The campus also offers many specialized programs to meet community needs including the Business Office Support Specialist program, Entrepreneur Center, GED Institute and the Teacher Academy.

The South Campus provides comprehensive student services that include academic and career advising, registration, payment and financial aid services. Students have access to library resources and computers.

Located on the northeast corner of Shady Grove and MacArthur, the North Lake College South Campus is designed to provide a center for educational attainment that meets the economic and workforce needs of the community. Classrooms are equipped with “smart classroom” technology and the entire campus supports wireless connectivity. A common room is also available for the use of community and civic organizations.
