Registration event expects large crowds
With Spring Registration underway, North Lake College will host “Meet The Faculty” November 27 - 28 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will be held in the Central Campus Student Life Center, room H-200.
Meet The Faculty typically draws in 1,000 prospective students. This year the college anticipates a greater attendance with the DART Orange Line opening December 3, 2012. “This is a great opportunity to reach hundreds of students, promote classes, and encourage early registration,” explains Academic Program Coordinator Rachelle Powell. “This year, academic advisors will be on hand to answer student questions, and computers will be available for self-registration.” Along with Spring Registration, students may also register for the college’s upcoming Winter Term classes.
The North Lake College Central Campus is located at 5001 N. MacArthur Blvd. in Las Colinas. Spring Registration closes January 16, 2013. Classes begin January 22.
