BIO:
Professor Redwine has been active in the Real Estate profession since the early 80's. Working with two Fortune 500 companies for over 14 years, Prof. Redwine has extensive knowledge of contracts and property and casualty commercial issues, including exposures relative to general commercial building contractors and governmental entities. Her licensure and background in insurance and estate planning add a valuable component to teachings relating to the impact of real estate on individual and commercial portfolios.
