North Lake offers an Associates of Applied Sciences (AAS) degree in Management, a Management Certificate and a Supervisor Certificate.

The Field of Management

In the professional field of management, there is more to learning than classroom theory. The North Lake Management program combines the theoretical with the practical using a Management Cooperative Education curriculum. With the assistance of the student’s work supervisor, the North Lake management instructor and student set time-specific learning objectives that are completed over the sixteen-week course. Students can earn up to 12 credit hours for learning on the job in the degree and certificate programs.
