There's no substitute for learning in person!

Network with peers

Research indicates that managerial positions are often obtained through networking. Our classes provide an opportunity to engage in lively discussion and hands-on exercises with other professionals and managers. You'll make valuable business contacts while earning college credit.
NLC's Management program also benefits from a strong relationship with the local business community. Management degree courses are tailored by a business advisory committee comprised of professionals in the local job market. Our classes address the most important trends in business today.

Supervisor Certificate

The Supervisor Certificate is designed to develop the professional knowledge and skills of first-level managers with the goal of improving organizational effectiveness.

This program concentrates on goal setting and leadership. Like the Management Associate of Applied Sciences degree and Certificate, the Supervisor Certificate allows you to earn college credit by applying new techniques at your current job.
