Real Estate Degree and Certificate Options
- The Real Estate Associate in Applied Sciences Degree, designed to develop fundamental skills, attitudes and experience to attain decision-making positions in the real estate profession. The associate degree may be applied toward licensing requirements as determined by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
- The Real Estate Certificate is a 15- to 16-credit-hour program designed to provide basic skills for a real estate salesperson. Three of the five courses are required by the Texas Real Estate Commission for licensure.
