Applying
for Admission
You may apply for admission if you are over age 18 or have a high school diploma or have a GED certificate. Other applicants are considered individually.The first step in admission is the completion of the Application for Admission. Apply early to ensure you have plenty of time to visit with an advisor, complete assessment testing and plan your course schedule. You may apply for admission in one of three ways:
If you are an international student interested in attending North Lake College, please review admission information for prospective international students. Documents You Will Need If available, your official high school transcript, a copy of your diploma or a copy of your GED certificate. If you have attended another college, you must have official transcripts of all work completed either mailed directly from the other school, or brought to the Admissions Office in a SEALED envelope. If you have a bachelor's degree or higher, proof You may also be asked to provide evidence of residency status. The amount of tuition charged is based on your residency classification. Registration by Proxy A release form is required if someone other than yourself (student) is completing the admission, advisement and registration process for you (by proxy). The Registration by Proxy form must be completed, signed and submitted at admission and/or registration time. Questions?
