Transcript Requests

There is no fee for credit transcripts. These may be ordered online. (password required) or you complete a transcript request form in person at the Admissions Office (A405).

Requests may be made by Fax to (972) 273-3112 and should provide the following:

• Photo ID
• Your printed name
• current address
• Daytime phone number
• Date of birth
• Social Security Number or Student ID Number
• Signature & date
• Exact address to which the transcript should be sent

Office Hours:
Monday - Thursday:  8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday:  9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., except as noted
Sunday:  Closed

(Hours may change at the discretion of office needs)
