Admissions
Generally, there are no admission requirements for enrolling in non-credit CE courses. However, there are age requirements and pre-requisite requirements for some courses.

Age Requirements
All CE courses are open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, unless the course is specifically designed for children or youth and is advertised as such. The college accepts no responsibility for minors on the college premises outside the classes in which they are enrolled.

Prerequisites
Course descriptions include any pre-requisite requirements, especially if the student wishes to enroll in a credit course on a non-credit basis.

Refund Policy
A full (100%) refund will be given if a CE course is dropped by the close of business, on the last business day, preceding the day of the first scheduled class meeting. If dropped prior to the second class day, 80% is refunded. No refund is available after the second class meeting. Requests for refunds should be made directly to the CE Office. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. Requests for refunds are not accepted after the end of the quarter for which the refund is sought.

If a CE course is cancelled due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, every effort is made to contact students within 24 to 48 hours before the first day of class. If the class is cancelled, the student receives an automatic 100% refund at the time of cancellation.
