Facilities
Located in the lower level of the library on the Central Campus, the North Lake College Workforce Development Center is a 10,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility that houses offices and registration services for Continuing Education. It provides dedicated space for workforce training and continuing education programs.
LEED CertifiedThe Workforce Development Center opened in February 2009 and features six high-tech classrooms, two computer labs, wireless high-speed Internet and a multi-purpose room that seats 50 or more people.

Grant Opportunities for Businesses
In partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission, free training through North Lake College is available to area businesses and trade unions to help companies build capacity for a more highly trained workforce, increase the skillset of incumbent workers and overall strengthen the Texas economy.
