Student Government Association President
Age: 21
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Height: 6’ 2”
Weight: 215 lbs.

What challenges have you met as Student Government Association president? -“Probably the biggest challenge is unity of the student government. As individuals we’re strong, but as a group we don’t come together to form a stronger group; overcoming the ups and downs of being a leader, and knowing when to say no or when to let others do the work.”

What is your favorite food? “Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, homemade gravy, and a biscuit.”

Do you feel you have accomplished anything important? “Hmmmmmmm ... give me a second to digest that. I would like to say that I have accomplished something, but the life that I am living is too young for me to say that I’ve accomplished something. Probably at Convocation, when the President thought SGA was a good choice for representing the voice of the students.”

Do you have any plans for this semester? “To recruit for next semester and have my own group of candidates. I was thinking about doing “Rock the Gym” where bands from around here would come and play.”

Other than studying for your classes and attending student government meetings, what do you do? “I jam out with my band H.D.L. Go out with some of my friends to clubs or parties.”

What is your favorite color? “My favorite color, which would be kind of surprising, is purple because Jesus wore purple. I think it is a sign of royalty.”

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? “I will be a successful businessman, a loving and caring father, and just being the best I can be. And hopefully running for a political office.”
