STARDUST
If you like fairy tales, you'll
like this one.
Clare Danes (Yvaine) stars as a fallen star who crashes into a magical kingdom. Her secret powers are needed by many, including an aging witch played by Michelle Pfeiffer, and The King's sons.
Tristan Thorne (Charlie Cox) comes across the star while searching for one to give to Victoria (Sienna Miller), the prettiest girl in town, in order to win her heart. He discovers that the cosmic crash is no ordinary meteorite, but a beautiful woman.
In an unlikely role, Robert De- Niro plays Captain Shakespeare, but Peter O'Toole's role as The King fits him perfectly.
