| Limit reserve materials to the

| Include the following information
on all photocopied reserve materials: |

Complete citation to the original source |
| Additionally: |
• |
The library will place materials on
reserve for only one semester. |
• |
If you need to place the same material
on reserve repeatedly or for longer than one term, you
must present written proof of copyright permission. |
• |
The library cannot reserve anthologies
of readings or coursepacks prepared by the instructor,
unless they are accompanied with written proof of copyright
permission. |
• |
The library should own a copy of the
work from which the photocopy was made. |
• |
In general, copyright restrictions do
not apply to government documents or works in the public
domain. |
