Institutional Review Board
All institutions applying for federal funds must have an Institutional Review Board (IRB) with clearly defined policies and procedures to ensure that research activities protect human subjects. Principal Investigators (PIs) submitting proposals involving research and human subjects must complete a required form and submit attachments for IRB review. To see the North Lake College "Exempt Protocol Summary Form" or obtain additional information, please contact Candace Castillo at 972-273-3010.
