Texas Association of Community Colleges (TACC)

The Texas Association of Community Colleges is a nonprofit association that includes all 50 public community college districts in the state. The General Appropriations Bill and legislation affecting public community colleges have been the principal concerns of TACC. Of particular interest is the “Data & Info” section, which includes tuition and fees, property tax values and more information about all 50 Texas community college districts.

Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB)

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s mission is to provide leadership and coordination for Texas higher education and to promote access, affordability, quality success, and cost efficiency through 60x30TX, resulting in a globally competitive workforce that positions Texas as an international leader.

Legislative Budget Board (LBB)

The Legislative Budget Board is a permanent joint committee of the Texas Legislature that develops budget and policy recommendations for legislative appropriations, completes fiscal analyses and conducts evaluations and reviews to improve the efficiency and performance of state and local operations.
