DCCCD Title IX Coordinators
If you believe you or someone you know has been subjected to sexual misconduct by DCCCD faculty or staff, or by a student of or visitor to a college of DCCCD, you may report this misconduct to the Title IX coordinator at the appropriate college and/or to campus or local police.
DCCCD Campus Police or Local Police
You may file a police report with campus police for sexual assaults occurring on campus or with local police for sexual assaults occurring off campus.
When sexual misconduct is reported, both a Title IX investigation and criminal investigation may occur at the same time. Regardless of whether a person chooses to pursue a criminal complaint, DCCCD will investigate the incident at issue and take appropriate, responsive action. Sexual misconduct will not be tolerated in the DCCCD community.
