“I got into Web design a little during my bachelor’s program in India and thought it was very interesting. Once I came to the United States, I decided to pursue a career in graphics and Web design to take advantage of my IT education while working on creative assignments.
“The Computer Graphics certificate program offered me the best option for learning the finer points of design, specifically in interactive media. This program helped me build a strong foundation. The thorough curriculum, well-thought-out assignments and hands-on training offered by the faculty have given me all the experience I needed to step into the professional world with confidence.
“I would absolutely recommend both the school and the program to anybody else who might be interested in pursuing this path. This has been a growing experience for me, and the time I have spent here will be something I will cherish throughout my life.
“The best part of my DCCCD experience has been the relationships I have built with the faculty and other students in the program. The photo above is of me with instructor Byron Black at graduation. He was my inspiration, and I have succeeded only because of his encouragement.”
