Education Courses and Teaching Degrees

Education courses help develop an understanding of how people learn and develop throughout life. Education (EDUC) and Texas Early Childhood Articulation (TECA) courses are offered at the colleges of DCCCD. Associate of Arts in Teaching (AAT) degrees are also available and are designed to transfer to baccalaureate (four-year) programs that lead to initial Texas teacher certification.
