Most BOSS courses are taught in a hands-on, computer lab environment. All of the courses for the certificates and degrees are available online. All students must complete one semester of cooperative education to earn their degree.
Students who pass all sections of the Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) exam will be granted credit for 15 hours (or five courses) from a selected list of BOSS courses. Credit earned through the CPS exam is applicable only to the BOSS program.
Our BOSS faculty members not only have advanced degrees but experience in business, so they can relate to the challenges you face at work. Our professors work with you one-on-one, helping you to apply new techniques to your job and to map career-enhancement strategies.

BOSS courses are designed for direct entry into the workforce. However, if you are interested in earning a degree at a four-year institution, please visit the Transfer Services website for guidance on the transfer process.
