Construction Management

Construction managers plan and manage both residential and commercial construction jobs. Projects range from home building and remodeling to constructing office buildings, roads, bridges, airports, dams and more.

Construction managers keep a project on track and within budget, overseeing specialty trade contractors such as plumbers and electricians. They also work with architects and engineers through the building process.

North Lake College’s Construction Management program is the oldest and largest accredited two-year program in the country, one of only 11 of its kind accredited by the American Council for Construction Education.
