3815 Spring Valley Road
Addison, TX 75001

Doors open at 6 p.m.
Ceremony begins promptly at 7 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: Construction on Marsh Road between Valley View and Vitruvian Way is ongoing and delays are likely. Use Midway Road as an alternative route. Please plan accordingly for construction and traffic.

We are pleased that you will be able to share this special occasion with your graduate. For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests please carefully review these instructions.

Graduation is to be a respectful event. Family and friends should listen quietly to all student and college speakers and refrain from shouting as names are called. Please be respectful of all graduates and their families. Every family wants to hear the name of their graduate as she or he walks across the stage. To help expedite the end of the ceremony and because space within the lobby of the Field House is limited, we ask that you meet your graduate outside of the Alfred J. Loos Field House following the ceremony.

Parking

Parking is free for the graduates and all guests. We recommend carpooling to reduce traffic congestion before and after the ceremony.

Family

Children may not be left unattended at any time. Children who are guests at the graduation ceremony are the responsibility of their parents. Please keep your children with you throughout the ceremony. We appreciate your attention to these concerns, both for the safety of the children and the enjoyment of all other guests attending this important occasion.

Food

No outside food or drink is allowed in the Alfred J. Loos Field House.
