TEDx Returns to Mountain View College in 2020

For the sixth consecutive year, Mountain View College will host a TEDx conference that is open to students, DCCCD employees and members of the community. The event is scheduled for Feb. 6, 2020.

A TEDx event is a local gathering where guest speakers present ideas meant to spark conversations in the community. The speakers, who have auditioned and prepared presentations ranging from 6-18 minutes long, tell their stories while standing on the signature red carpet. In 2019, the DCCCD family was well represented, as MVC professor Courtney Brazile, Brookhaven professor Dr. Hurshel B. Burton III and Richland professor Dr. Erin L. Kelley all commanded the red carpet.
