Potential Projects This Year: Government Affairs enjoys working with students who are interested in policy. Projects include research, engaging elected officials and their staff, and writing memos.

Description: The Government Affairs Office engages elected officials and stakeholders to advance policy priorities that impact DCCCD. As the Chief Legislative Counsel, I advocate for our students, faculty, staff and am responsible for preparing briefing materials and monitoring local, state, and federal legislation.
